Contacted them and they said the would issued a check but nothing would not even answer me e mails I struggle as am disabled and its ace ting my health

Waiting on check from company nothing.17 and phone calls shocked that large company would treat there coustomers so bad no coustomers no job I am disabled and dont need the stress

Code for product to receive promotions not honored

I contacted the manufacturer of the product online to register the code provided to receive promotions, as the online registration would"t take it. The customer service person, and I use the term loosely, said I did not buy the product from an authorized dealer and inferred I purchased a "knock-off" product. I also relayed to her that the product bottle was inferior as I dropped it on the counter from a height of less than an inch and it broke, spilling most of the contents of the perfume. I purchased this from a military exchange, and I doubt their buyers purchase "knock-off" products. I will be writing a letter to the military exchange buyers to discontinue purchasing any of this designer's products.
